Michelle Kirk, of 525 S. Hancock St., McAdoo, faces charges of harassment after she allegedly made a large amount of phone calls to a Tiffany Sholtis of McAdoo.

The incidents were reported to borough police on Sept. 29. Kirk was contacted by police and warned about calling Sholtis, but declined to heed the officer's advice, calling the victim again at 10:30 p.m.
