Mason D. Beck, 24, of Kutztown, is facing charges of driving under the influence (DUI), providing false identification and other counts after he gave a false name to Rush Township Police after being stopped on Lafayette Avenue on Sept. 30.

Beck was taken to the Pottsville hospital for a blood test, police said.
