Two area districts cracking down on tax delinquents

Two area school districts are cracking down on property owners delinquent in paying their school taxes by filing judgments at the Schuylkill County courthouse.

Tamaqua Area School District has filed actions against the following:George D. and Deborah L. Donnon, seeking a judgment in amount of $1,598.,71 alleged owed on property at 513 Valley Road; and $1,970.70 alleged owed on property at 517 Valley Road, Walker Township; Marjorie Farlin, seeking a judgment in amount of $1,05.93 alleged owed on property at 138 Orwigsburg St., Tamaqua; Steven M. Llewellyn, seeking a judgment in amount of $1,865.31 alleged owed on property at 317 Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua; Kevin W. and Patricia Roseberry, seeking a judgment in amount of $1,678.91 alleged owed on property at 574 Blue Mountain Drive, Andreas, West Penn Township; Apartments and Acquisition, L.P., seeking a judgment for $1,337.07 alleged owed on a property at 304 Cottage Avenue, Tamaqua; and Cindy M. Frye, seeking a judgment for $1,175.13 alleged owed on property at 200 Pitt St., Tamaqua.Panther Valley School District filed suit against John E. and Joyce Colbrum seeking a judgment in amount of $1,197.81 alleged owed on property at 236 East St., Coaldale.
