Lisabeth Kuklis, 23, is facing charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident on Sept. 21.

The incident took place on State Game Lands, just off Taggertsville Road. Rush Township police, who filed the charges, did not list an address for Kuklis..
