A Nesquehoning man has been charged by Rush Township police after allegedly stealing from his employer.
Michael E. Ruckhardt, 31, reportedly removed a wallet and check from his employer's vehicle on Aug. 24. He then allegedly forged his boss' name and wrote a check, made payable to himself, in the amount of $2,300.He was charged with felony counts of forgery, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property.
