State police at Frackville are investigating two reported incidents of access device fraud and theft involving two Schuylkill County residents.

Troopers said Frances T. Rennick, 75, of Saint Clair, reported someone used her Bon Ton credit card to make purchases totaling $1,228.32 without her permission. The purchases were made during the period of Aug. 3 and 6.Mary Renner, 83, of 125D Coal St., Cumbola, Blythe Township, reported someone used her debit card to make ATM debits for cash totaling $2,188.50 without her permission. The incident occurred during the period of Aug. 3-6.The investigation into both incidents is continuing.
