PDG Jack Schimmel, candidate for International Director, passed away Aug. 10, 2012.

Schimmel was a District Governor in 1984-85 and was a member of the Bushy Run Lions Club, District E.Schimmel contracted a virus coming home from Korea after attending the International Conference held in Busan, Korea..He was the husband of Barbara Schimmel.Schimmel had hoped to represent Pennsylvania Lions at the International level.
