The Carbon County Commissioners, on Thursday, recognized Weatherly High School senior Devon Bizarre, second from right, for her help with the Carbon County Senior Games this past May. Bizarre used her high school senior project to raise $3,000 to help cover the costs associated with running the annual senior olympic style games.
