State police are investigating a vehicle accident that occurred around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday on Valley Road in Lewistown Valley, Walker Township. An older male driver was seen lying outside his wrecked car. No other information was available as of press time. Responding in addition to state police were volunteer firefighters and fire police from Walker Township's New England Valley Fire Company and West Penn Fire Company.
