Debra Zellner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Zellner, Stedman Avenue, Lehighton, is observing her birthday today, the same day as President John F. Kennedy. She is a third grade pupil in the First Ward Building. Today Debra received the following letter from President Kennedy's personal secretary, Evelyn Lincoln:
