Kristy Lynn Reis, 20, of Slatington, has been charged with retail theft by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

Police allege that Reis took $74.06 worth of makeup from the Wal-Mart store in Lower Macungie Township and attempted to leave the store without paying for it.
