Rush Township police have charged a York man who allegedly shoplifted items from the Hometown Commons Walmart, then tried to return them for store credit.

Dominic Sullens, 47, attempted to gain store credit for merchandise valued at $155.71 on April 28. He will be charged with theft by deception.
