James Kishbaugh, Nesquehoning Fire Chief and president of the Carbon County Firemen's Association, has been named the recipient of Nesquehoning VFW Post's Outstanding Citizen Award.

Presentation will be made tonight in the Nesquehoning Fire Co. headquarters.Elmer Davis, Lansford, will be master of ceremonies while the presentation will be made by Milan Skodacek, incoming commander.
