A Lehigh County man was jailed last week on sexual assault charges.

State police at Fogelsville said the mother of a female from Lower Macungie Township contacted troopers and reported her daughter had been raped.The incident allegedly occurred in August 2010.Through an investigation troopers said it was determined the victim had sexual intercourse with the accused when she was 13 and he was 22.The suspect was identified as Ryan Taylor Mock, 23, of Allentown.He was arrested on Wednesday, March 28, and charged with statutory sexual assault, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.He was arraigned before District Judge Jacob Hammond and committed to the county prison after failing to post $250,000 bail, troopers said.
