John Lamp, 31, of Kunkletown, R. 3, was charged by Lehighton Police Department with criminal attempt to commit acquisition or obtaining of possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, forgery and criminal attempt to commit theft, as a result of submitting a fraudulent prescription to First National Pharmacy, North First Street, Lehighton on Nov. 7, 2011.

The charges were filed on Nov. 23, 2011 and an arrest warrant was recently served upon Lamp on March 20, 2012.
