ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Students and teachers at the St. Jerome Regional School in Tamaqua showcased their projects Thursday night to visitors during the school's science and technology fair. Mrs. Mary Ann Mansell, Principal, stated her appreciation to all the students, parents and staff for making the fair a fun event for all the students. Emily Meier, 12, left, and Alexis Shuey, 11, point out that milk, which is mostly water, has surface tension. The molecules spread and break apart when you add soap and color. Kayla DeCindio and Cheyenne Daly also helped with the project.
