The engagement of Rachel Reichenbach, Palmerton, to Matthew L. Dait, Fort Riley, Kansas, has been announced by their parents.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Becky and Todd Reichenbach of Palmerton. She is a 2011 Palmerton Area High School graduate and is currently a full-time student at

L.C.C.C., where she is seeking a degree in graphic design.The prospective bridegroom is the son of MaryAnn S. and Bob Alward of Lehighton, and Jonathan T. Dait of Palmerton. He is a 2011 graduate of Palmerton Area High School. He is currently serving in the United States Army and is stationed at Fort Riley.
