Vietnam Veterans Organization of Carbon County will observe the 38th anniversary of Vietnam Veterans Day at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 25, at American Legion Post 314, Lehighton. Members are asked to arrive by noon.

Harry J. Wynn, vice commander, will serve as master of ceremonies. Guest speaker will be Carbon County Judge Steven R. Serfass.
