Justin Neff, 26, with addresses in Tamaqua and Minersville, has been charged by Tamaqua Police after he allegedly pawned items leased to a resident of 119 Pine St., Tamaqua.

Neff was staying with family at that address when he allegedly removed a television set and a PlayStation 3, owned by Rent A Center, from the home on Feb. 6. He and a friend took the items to Reading, where Neff pawned them for cash.He has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
