Arthur R. Coldren, 42, of Pottsville, has been arrested by state police at the Schuylkill haven barracks for making terroristic threats.

Police said he contacted a 45-year-old Pottsville woman via her cell phone and made statements that indicated he threatened to kill her as well "coming after" a juvenile.The incident was reported on Feb. 3 at 3 Mengle St., North Manheim Township.Police said Coldren was arraigned before District Judge Christina Hale, of Frackville, and committed to the Schuylkill County Prison, Pottsville, in lieu of $25,000 bail.
