Members of the Meed's Memorial United Methodist Church in Nesquehoning get ready to serve a free Thanksgiving dinner to the community. More than 257 people ate a turkey dinner with all of the trimmings with a 3 p.m. and a 5 p.m. seating. The church has been serving the meal for a number of years extending a day of friendship to all who attend.
