The 7th grade Pleasant Valley Intermediate School visited Mrs. Bush's Personal Care Home in Kunkletown and presented a Veterans Day program, under the direction of their adviser, Ms. Maricatherine Garr, also a PVI science teacher. They sang patriotic songs, read patriotic poems, some played instruments, some read poems they composed themselves. They dedicated them to the 12 residents of the Chestnut Ridge Home and Country View Home, like Rachael Brush, Ardita Komoni and Fima Sabovie did to Robert Rapp, who served in the Navy during the Korean War.
