A Monroe County man is facing charges of harassment following an incident that occurred about 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 6, along an access road behind 704 Alan Court, in Jackson Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Christopher M. Haley, 23, of Stroudsburg, is facing the charges for allegedly threatening John Anthony Valenti, 51, of Stroudsburg, and two male teens, ages 13 and 14.Also, troopers said Haley grabbed the 14-year-old by the wrist during the incident.
