A son, Owen Dylan Carroll, was born to Brianna and Kevin Carroll of Jim Thorpe, at 9:24 a.m., on July 29, 2011 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He weighed 9 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 23 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Michael and Doriana Hurley of Jonas, Pa.Paternal grandparents are Harry Carroll of Jim Thorpe, and Mary Carroll of Coaldale.
