State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following theft incidents at Schuylkill County locations.
Two vehicles that were parked on a lot at the Blue Mountain High School in North Manheim Township, were broken into while the owners were attending a football game at the nearby football stadium.The 2011 Kia Soul of Jodi Ann Staller, of Cressona, and the 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan of Tina Jean Gerlott, of Auburn, were entered. The Soul was entered by front drivers' side window smashed. Removed as a Apple I-touch from the front console. The Caravan was entered by the front passenger side window being smashed. Taken was a purse containing various items.The entries occurred during the period of 7:10 and 8:25 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24.Darren Edward Amos, of Pottsville, reported he lost his wallet at Selzter Grove in Norwegian Township, sometime between 2 and 3 p.m. on Saturday.Allen E. Sweigert, of 19 Charles St., Cressona, reported someone removed two flags and the rods that they were attached to from there holders on the front porch of his home. The flags were about three and a half by two and a half fee in size. One was an American flag and the other a New York Yankees flag. The theft occurred sometime between 6 p.m. on Sept. 22 and 7 a.m. on Sept. 23.Anyone with information concerning any of these incidents is asked to call troopers at (570)-593-2000.
