Two Tamaqua men were cited after a confrontation on Aug. 21.

Officers were patrolling in the Center Street area at 3:20 a.m. when they heard sounds of a disturbance to the rear of the Fegley Mini Mart.They discovered Harry Hahn, 25, of 243 Spruce St., and Dennis Yeater, 23, of 62 Hunter St, having a heated discussion.Both men claimed to have been struck by the other.Both were cited for disorderly conduct.
