A woman is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI).

State police at Fern Ridge said Jean Ruth Desy, 67, no address given, was stopped about 3:13 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23, along Interstate 80 westbound in Kidder Township, Carbon County, for a traffic violation.She was found to be under the influence and will be charged with DUI, troopers said.
