State police at Frackville reported on two arrests made by troopers.

Hector L. Rosado, 41, of New Ringgold, was cited for harassment.He was charged in connection with a neighbors' dispute that occurred in the area of SR895 in East Brunswick Township, on Aug. 18 about 8:25 p.m., troopers saidKerry J. Yesalavage, 50, of Girardville, was cited for public drunkenness.He was found in an intoxicated condition in the first block of W. Ogden St., Girardville, about 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23, troopers said.
