State police at Fern Ridge are investigating the theft of scap radiators from a Monroe County site.

Troopers said the incident occurred at the Motts Radiator & Auto Repair, located at 2054 SR715, in Reeders, Jackson Township. A steel chain was cut to gain entry to a shed used to store scrap. Over a two week period unknown criminals stole about 150 scrap radiators valued at $5,000.Troopers said there is a suspect, between the age of 50-60, and he was driving a dark colored pickup truck with diamond plate edging around the bed and tool box.Troopers said the incident occurred during the period of July 30 and Aug. 13.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570)-646-2271.
