Summit Hill Police executed an outstanding warrant against Emily Ann Kehl, 19, 249 W. White St., Summit Hill, shortly before 7 p.m. Sunday. Kehl was wanted by Tamaqua police on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance (heroin).

She was transferred to the custody of Tamaqua police and video arraigned before duty District Judge Anthony Kilker, Shenandoah. Bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.Kehl was released and transported to 211 Hunter St., where she told police she would be residing.
