They were married Aug. 13, 1999.Sentence cat killerPatrick Sylvester Canfield, 39, of 112 Kimber St., New Philadelphia, who pleaded guilty last June 6 to killing a cat with a crossbow by implanting an arrow in the animal's head, was sentenced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin to serve six months on strict probation, pay $50 to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and costs of prosecution, perform 75 hours of community service and make restitution of $1,094,71 to Mr. and Mrs. Fisher, of Lake Wynonah, South Manheim Township. Canfield ws cited by Trooper Alyssa Becker.Jailed for theftStanley James Petrovich, 70, Ashland, who pleaded guilty last June 6 to theft by unlawful taking merchandise from Sears Store, Schuylkill Mall, was sentenced by Judge Charles M. Miller to serve nine to 18 months in the county prison with credit for serving 108 days and pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account and all costs of prosecuton. Petrovich was cited by Trooper John P. Minalda.Jail for DUILouis Joseph Tassone, 46, Pottsville, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and was sentenced by Judge Miller to serve 12 months to five years in the county prison, fined $2,500 and court costs, pay $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $300 to Substance Abuse Education fund, complete alcohol highway safe driving school and any treatment recommended. On a summary charge of failling to keep on the right side of the road was fined $25 plus $96.50 in costs. Tassone was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Brian Reno.
