State police at Frackville are investigating a burglary at a Schuylkill County residence.

The home of Katherine Mercer, 45, of Main Blvd., Sheppton, East Union Township, was entered sometime overnight of Sunday, July 31, and Monday. The criminals broke a window to the rear of the home to gain entry.Removed from the home was a television, bedroom set and a gas grill.
