State police at Frackville are investigating an aggravated assault incident that occurred on Tuesday, Aug. 2, in Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Amy Dembinsky, 34, of Girardville, reported she was walking in a wooded area south of the 200 block of E. Main St., in Girardville, when an unknown male assaulted her.Dembinsky suffered injuries and was transported to an area hospital, troopers said.Troopers ask anyone with information concerning this incident to call them at (570) 874-5300.
