"Bugs, Baboons, and Story Tunes" was presented by singer and guitarist/banjoist Tom Sieling at the ending celebration to the Palmerton Area Library's summer reading program. Sieling got the kids up, singing and very involved with the many humorous, very participatory (sometimes even a bit athletic) songs for kids that engaged everyone in the room ... adults included. Songs like "Wheels on the Bus," "My Blue Whale Pleased Me" and "My Bonnie" required lots of arms, legs, hands and heads moving. And the kids loved it. Sieling congratulated all the children for reading so many books over the summer and encouraged them to keep on reading.
