Despite a small drizzle, Kathy Rimm still strummed her acoustic guitar on the platform at the Tamaqua Train Station yesterday. Rimm, a Tamaqua native, performed in front of a hometown crowd as part of the Summer Concert Series produced by the Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce. The concert was sponsored by Tamaqua Business and Professional Women's Club. The next show in the Summer Concert Series will be on Thursday, August 11, when Wildcat will play classic rock from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The concerts are free and open to the public.
