Traffic was backed for miles in both directions on SR309 in Tamaqua. Multiple traffic projects in Tamaqua have made for large traffic delays in and around the borough. Pictured is traffic on the Hometown Hill, SR309, backed up all the way passed the SR54 and SR309 intersection in Hometown. Most of the traffic, bridge andrailroad projects are expected to last a few more months, some stretching into early next year.
