Lehighton police charged a borough couple with harassment after a domestic dispute.

Charles Calise, 37, and Brenda Smale, 33, both of 206 Gypsy Hill Apartments, were cited for the incident, which occurred at 9 a.m. July 14 and involved physical contact.
