The BC Combo, with singer Bev Conklin, Wayne Smith on guitar/percussion and Nick Franclik on bass (with guest Jack Kulp on harmonica) performed for a large audience on the platform at the Tamaqua train station Thursday evening as part of the Summer Concert Series by the Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce. The show was sponsored by the Restaurant at the Station. The concerts are free and open to the public and held on Thursdays from 6 to 8 p.m. The Chamber's next concert is Thursday, July 21, featuring "It Takes Two" performing top 40's & classic music.
