Traffic through the Five Points intersection (SR209 and SR309) in Tamaqua was backed up around 1 p.m. yesterday after the driver of a tractor trailer, from Interstate Logistics LLC, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, impacted the side of a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both were traveling north on SR-309. No injuries were reported. Tamaqua Police and fire police volunteers responded. The names of the drivers were unavailable as of press time.
