Five area residents placed in Schuylkill probation program
Five area residents were among 35 who were admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program, at a hearing held in the Schuylkill County Court. The ARD is a special program reserved for first offenders. Senior Judge D. Michael Stine, who placed all for a year, unless otherwise noted, imposed the following conditions as follows:
