Rep. Doyle Heffley will host a visit by the House Tourism and Recreational Development Committee in Jim Thorpe to visit local tourism sites and meet with local officials to promote tourism in Carbon County at 3:15 p.m. June 1.

The visit will take place at the Mauch Chunk Opera House, Jim Thorpe.
