April 11, 1975 Paul James wins three events to help Tamaqua roll to a 114-36 Schuylkill Track League victory over West Hazleton. James takes the javelin, long jump and triple jump for the Raiders, coached by Harry Fetterman. Gary Marchak (100, 220) and Rick Fenstermacher (120 hurdles, 330 hurdles) also cop two individual firsts. Other Tamaqua wins come from Vince Keip (440), Bob Holmberg (shot put), Tony Kenetsky (discus), Steve Price (high jump) and Andy Smarr (pole vault).
