Officer Peck attempted to stop Hirochek from kicking the window and stop him from hitting his head. At this point Hirochek kicked Peck on the left side of the neck.Hirochek was taken to the police station and placed in a holding cell. While in the cell he banged his head off the cell door and concrete wall and began screaming profanities at the officers and threatened to kill them.Hirochek was bleeding from banging his head in the cell area. Wuttke entered the cell to restrain him and sustained an injury to his thumb.Hirochek was transported to the hospital due to his injuries.
