Jim Thorpe Police Department is hosting the third annual Policemen's Ball from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at Memorial Hall, Jim Thorpe. Proceeds will benefit Special Olympics of Carbon County. Dress is formal attire. The evening will include dinner, drinks and dancing with music provided by DJ "Dave G" from 4D Karaoke/DJ Services and Entertainment. There will be raffles and door prizes including a flat screen TV.
