The Tamaqua Public Library sponsors a monthly book discussion and review. This month's event will be held Jan. 31, at 6 p.m., at the library. The book to be discussed will be "Little Bee," written by Chris Cleave.A New York Times bestseller, the book follows two strangers and the friendship that blooms between them.Interested parties may contact the library prior to the event to ensure enough copies of the book are available.February's selection will be "The Thirteenth Tale" by Diane Setterfield. Dogs 3 months of age or older must be licensed.Licenses may be obtained at the county courthouse in Pottsville, by mail or at a variety of licensing agents.
