The budget of 1976 was adopted by Summit Hill Borough Council. Listed are anticipated receipts of $215,581 and expenditures of $215,056. Property tax will remain at 17 mills. Council President Kathleen Lanzos said council will abide by the guidelines of the budget, even if it becomes necessary to reduce the police and borough work forces. "Ticket fixing" will be stopped, according to Mayor Leonard Alabovitz. Police are being issued new ticket books and will be held accountable for the return of tickets written each month.
