State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident whereby a rear window of a vehicle parked in Upper Milford Township was smashed by vandals.

The victim is Michael J. McGrath, 58, of Zionsville.He told police someone smashed the window at 6419 Ridge Road between 11 p.m. Dec. 24 and 1:30 a.m. Dec. 25 and fled in an unknown direction.
