State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating the theft of two pieces of lumber from a property in Towamensing Township.

The incident happened between 4 p.m. Nov. 18 and 10 a.m. Nov. 19. The victim is Patrick Quarry, 53, of Lehighton.Police said someone took the lumber from the victim's property at 3170 Forest Street and fled in an unknown direction.
