A Lehigh County driver tried to flee from police. State police at Fogelsville said the incident began about 3:22 p.m. on Nov. 15 at Krocks Road North in Lower Macungie Township.

Troopers said they attempted to stop Jonathan Rojas, 19, of Breinigsville, for a traffic violation. Rojas failed to stop and led police on a six mile chase that ended when Rojas voluntarily stopped on Hamilton Blvd.He was taken into custody and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police and 12 other traffic violations, troopers said.
