St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Nesquehoning received final approval to combine its six lots into one lot for the construction of a ramp at a recent zoning meeting in the borough. As soon as the church receives the building permit, construction can begin on the east side of the church.

A guard rail will be placed behind the ramp for safety features. The church has been working on this for quite some time and is anxious to begin the work.
